CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Full refunds are available LESS any transaction, administration, and/or material fees if requested more than 3 weeks prior to the competition date. A 50% refund is available LESS any transaction, administration, and/or material fees if requested within 3 weeks of the competition date. Absolutely no refunds once the schedule is sent out or for “day of” scratches for any reason. This is due to the purchase of trophies, crowns, materials and the dancer taking up a coveted spot to compete.

Refunds due to COVID-19 will be a case by case basis and will follow the above stated policy. Solos/Duos/Trios can receive a refund minus any transaction fee or a credit towards our competitions the next year. Studio and Teams can receive a refund minus any transaction fee and material fee or a credit towards our competitions the next year.
